How Many Crunches A Day To Achieve A 6 Pack or a Flat Tummy?

Often I am asked as a Professional Health Director “How often should I workout Abdominals to see results?” This is a major misstatement many have when it comes to flattening there Belly. However I do understand the misstatement as I am one who use to ask such a question.

I believe part of the miscalculation is due to advertisement. Tons of new Ab Products come out every month promising you a washboard stomach if you use there “innovative”, “never before seen”, or “special secret” that no one has ever heard of product just for 10 minutes 2 days a week.

Well the honest truth is my fellow man is that you can do 100,000 Crunches and you still will not have a 6 pack or flat Belly and there is no secret, just the same knowledge that has been around for many years back. You see we all have a 6 pack. That is right, we All have a 6 pack!Now the next step is to figure out how do we get to our hidden six pack?

If we do not pay attention to how much Tummy fat we are hazardous to our health.You see what happens is that once your Stomach fat becomes at a high percentage, it will start to act as another organ and what that does is releases poison toxins into our bodies that will lead us into sicknesses of all sorts by lowering you immune system.

Now in order to get those lovely abs to show and to prevent future ailments, you have to get rid of what is on top. You have to lower you body fat percentage order to bring your abs to the surface.

So a few quick tips to lowering your body-fat % are to do cardio which will burn calories from the foods that have been stored as fat. Next start eating healthy food, so that the food you eat is being used for energy and not stored as fat. Foods such as complex carbohydrates, high protein,healthy fats and drink plenty of water. Nutrition is around 50% of what needs to be done to lose that Stomach fat. Also do not forget to do a variety of Ab Crunches which will strengthens your core. Exercises that will incorporate use of your upper,lower and oblique abs to get an all around ab workout. Once your body-fat percentage is low enough, the muscle that you have been working on will Pop through.

Now you know what you should do so you must do what 95% of people do not do who want that flat Stomach, that is Take Action! Sometimes we have to do what we do not want, to get what we want.
